We are located towards the West Shore on Church Walks and are the last building on the left hand side of the road over looking the school field opposite San Sor Primary school.
Our car Park is situated at the rear of the hotel, access is via Church Walks.
Access to the B&B from the car park is via a pathway between the building & the paved front garden of the front of the building walk ten meters leading to 6 steps, turn right and walk 2 meters and a finally a further 5 steps leads to the front door of the B&B.
The main entrance is via the front porch which has one step, to your right, leading into the lobby. The dining room is straight ahead and the lounge is to your right.
A porterage service is available for luggage.
We have 5 bedrooms on the 1st floor and a further 5 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Access to the first floor is via 15 steps to a landing & then 6 steps to the second landing & a further 4 steps to the first floor. To the second floor floor there are 12 steps to a landing & then 4 steps to the second landing & a further 4 steps to the second floor. There is no lift available.
The public toilets are situated on the ground floor towards the main entrance. We have a disability friendly toilet for the less abled and a another for the abled.
Our B&B has access for the less able.
