Have stayed at the Space Boutique on a number of occasions while working up in North Wales and look forward to my stay each time. I am always greeted by either Bobby or Sunita, who always make me feel welcome and at home. I have had the pleasure of staying in many of there rooms, all beautifully decorated, spacious and always immaculate. Each room has everything you need for a lovely relaxing stay (flat screen tv, tea/coffee making facilities, lovely bathroom) and even a complimentary pair of slippers (which don’t fit me as I’m a size 13, but my gf loves them when I bring them home). The breakfast is always great, with a nice selection of cereals and fruit as well as a hot food menu, which has a wide range of breakfasts from a traditional breakfast to French toast! The restaurant in the hotel, Jaya is incredible. Lovely Indian cuisine which is not your typical curry house serving the same curries (korma, madras etc), but instead you get a different selection of authentic curries, all extremely tasty. I personally recommend the Masala chips and the Tamatar chicken. Both incredible!
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful stay in the heart of Llandudno with such friendly staff, beautiful rooms and great food. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

We Stayed here last night 31.08.13 to attend a fund raising event for a local charity(RNLI) institution.
We do not usually stay at B&B's but booked this one as a last minute thing on Friday 30.08.13. following excelent T.A. reviews.
It is a 5* rating B&B and probably worthy of it due to the effort the owners/staff put in & the fantastic attention to detail thoughout.
Breakfast this morning was EXCELLENT, all food cooked fresh to order & was the best we can remember in any hotel. Please note, food is cooked to order so be prepared to wait.
In this world it is hard to compete with the big hotel chains as they have huge back up resources. If we, as discerning travellers, are satisfied with this establishment, it has to be worth a visit.
Warm welcome and a fantastic curry at Jaya!

We had a fantastic couple of days at Space in Llandudno. From the first minute Bobby's welcome was 2nd to none and we immediately felt at home. We were lucky enough to get the Sagar room which has stunning views down the North Wales coastline.
I would suggest booking into the restaurant before you arrive if you like good quality Indian food. It is fairly small and was fully booked the first night so we booked in for the second evening and bobby referred us to a local seafood restaurant which was great.
We are not newcomers to Indian cuisine and to be honest we weren't expecting much from an Indian restaurant bolted onto a B&B in North Wales but I can honestly say it is one of the best meals we have ever had. It turns out that Sunita, Bobby's wife, is the 3rd generation of a family of Indian restauranteurs from London and she really knows her way around a spice rack. Fantastic fresh flavours and the Kenyan twist made for an interesting menu.
I cannot recommend it highly enough for a relaxing break to get away from it all.
A wonderful experience!

This was a lovely hotel in an excellent location, just a two-minute walk away from the Great Orme tram station and within a short walking distance of both shores and amenities. The hotel was very well presented with beautiful décor throughout. The bedroom and en suite was very comfortable and very quiet. Breakfast was made and cooked to perfection with plenty of choice. The hotel provided evening menu and bar service in very clean and spacious reception rooms.
Brilliant!

Had a fantastic stay - would definitey recommend Space !
I work for a very well known brand of hotel chain and the service and standards Bobby & Sunita offer are exceptional !
We also ate in the restaurant and the service and food were excellent.
Space is more than a BB - better than some hotels I've stayed in and paid alot more - exceptional value for money.
Top Quality- forget the rest this is the best

Great B&B which is more like a hotel with fantastic rooms and a very modern building. Check in took 2 minutes and we were personally shown to our rooms which was a nice touch. Best B&B I have stayed in. All modern fixtures and comfortable beds. We will return when back in the area.
A great place to stay

Our weekend stay (Friday + Saturday nights) at Space was something of a last minute booking.
We booked Space through a combination of factors, mainly no chintz, good location and one room being available. The welcome from Bobby was very warm and he soon had shown us to our room. To save wandering around Llandudno looking for food, we'd also booked to eat in at Jaya. I notice some other TA reviewers have commented on the prices. Whilst the "headline" price might look expensive (eg £11.50 for the Lamb Masala). A quick check of the menu for our favourite local India shows not much difference in price when compared apples-to-apples. We both agreed that the previously mentioned Lamb Masala was one of the best curries we've ever tasted and very much enjoyed the whole meal.
Breakfast is excellent. Our thoughts are that a choice from the options of a full cooked breakfast, omelette, French toast or pancake is a generous selection. Cereal, fresh fruit and a selection of pastries were also available to ensure you didn't leave hungry. All-in-all we enjoyed our weekend at Space and would certainly return in the future.

Stayed in this little gem of a boutique b&b at the weekend (12/13th july) and was really impressed with everything!. My partner and I were looking for a relaxing weekend away in the lovely Llandudno and this was perfect.
The owners were very welcoming. The breakfast for me was really impressive, working within the catering industry I know how stressful this morning service can be but the lady running the dinning room was so lovely and nothing was any trouble for her. The breakfast menu was more impressive than some hotels I have stayed in with the choice of continental and cooked all of which were available to everyone.
All in all I will def return and I have only 1 regret and that was we didn't dine in their restaurant Jaya! but I def will next time.
Thank you guys great place and staff x
Excellent stay!

This b&b was excellent. The family running it are polite, helpful, friendly and everything u would want in a b&b. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the wi fi connection is free and quick and the bathroom was massive. My only minor complaint about the whole stay is the bedroom is a bit on the small side (no probs for a few nights though) and the tv connection was awful yet again for us no big deal though. Breakfast is outstanding plenty off choice from lovely fresh fruit and cereal to traditional cooked, French toast and much much more! All done to how you want it. Without a second thought I would recommend this place and stay again! Fantastic stay the best b&b I have stayed in.
High standard, warm and friendly, would recommend!

We have just come back from a nights stay at the space boutique which was arranged a surprise from our daughters so we had no idea what the accommodation would be like and didn't know what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised by this modern, fantastically decorated B&B which has been finished to a high standard.
We where greeted on arrival by Bobby the proprietor and he was so warm and friendly and made us feel welcome straight away. He showed us to our room and explained all details we would need, breakfast times, facilities etc even though there was your usual info booklet he took the time and made it feel personal.
The room was comfortable, spotlessly clean, a nice selection of toiletries, plenty of nice thick clean towels, a wide range of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, bottled water and biscuits pretty much everything you would need! The bed was so comfortable, the bedding was nice and clean as was the bathroom and the temperature in the room was very nice too as I have stayed in B&B's in the past which have been stuffy and uncomfortable.
The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of choice, really fresh, tasty and well presented even the plates where gorgeous :)
I would highly recommend a stay at the B&B even if its just for 1 night, a tad pricey but worth the money and a really nice treat.
